Our Pendulum 101 program is a 2-week course with 5 classes. It’s an informational and instructional course designed for anyone new to CrossFit, and those needing a refresher or a little bit of reconditioning after a break. We slow down our usual pace to guide you through the basic movements, get you familiarized with proper mechanics and technique and get your body primed to join our group classes. 101 is designed to ensure your success. It’s also a great way to enter join the community with a group of new members, and to give the coaches an opportunity to really assess the beginning of your journey with us.
For those with special scheduling needs or just prefer an individualized experience, private Pendulum 101 sessions are available. Private sessions are $250 for the entire program.

The Running Club is a CrossFit Endurance based class designed to prepare all levels of athletes to compete in everything from 5k races to long duration adventure/endurance events. When it comes to race prep, we are simply the best. This class provides excellent running instruction by an 8-time marathoner combined with bodyweight movements to build lean muscle mass and teach superior efficiency in movement cycle to create fast, durable, long-lasting athletes.

Our Pendulum CrossFit Bootcamp is a high intensity, 40-minute, coach-led class that is tailored to your fitness level. We provide a fun, clean, and friendly atmosphere for a total body workout. Our movements are targeted to increase your core strength. We understand trying something new can be unnerving and intimidating, but we guarantee all of your fears will be put to rest as soon as you walk into your first class.
