At some point in peoples lives they look to lose weight. Here are some tips to on how to lose weight fast. The first week is cutting out bad foods. Each week we will be releasing a 12 week series on how to help you with weight loss.
Curious about losing weight, but don’t know where to start? We all know that there are certain things we should not eat. However, we eat them anyway. If we are serious about losing weight it will require commitment and consistency in achieving your goal.
Follow our 12 week series on how to make lasting change in 2018. This week requires 3 steps to get you started.
1. Cut out bad fast food. Instead of eating at fast food restaurants go to restaurants that require you to go inside not through the drive-through.
2. Cut out sugar & sweet drinks.
3. Cut out sugar and desserts.
Now this does not mean that you are going to be doing this forever, it’s the start of creating lasting change. Just start by removing these things. Come back next week as we talk about portion control.
